Mentorship & training

I don’t just build products. I build engineers.

If you’re an employer, read this page as seniority: Google doesn’t pick trainers at random. If you’re a founder, read it differently — the person building your MVP can also train and lead the team you’ll hire after the raise.

Exchange with Google Developers — Pilot Program

Google selected me to train developers in its Exchange with Google Developers pilot program. Over two years I taught more than 100 students across South and Southeast Asia — mobile engineering fundamentals delivered to the region’s next generation of developers.

  • 100+ students trained across South & Southeast Asia
  • Two-year engagement in an invite-only Google pilot
  • Recognised as a mentor by the Google Developers team

University teaching & government training

I taught at United International University in Dhaka (2018–2019), and in 2014 trained students from around 10 districts across Bangladesh in a government-organized mobile app development program — taking Android development far beyond the capital.

  • United International University, Bangladesh — 2018–2019
  • Government national training program — students from ~10 districts, 2014
  • Topics: mobile & Android application development

BRAC Aarong — IT division

Trained the IT team at BRAC Aarong — one of Bangladesh’s most recognized enterprises — in mobile and Android development, translating consumer-app engineering practice into an enterprise setting.

  • Enterprise upskilling for a top-tier Bangladeshi company
  • Curriculum designed and delivered end-to-end
